collaboration agreement with Israel based biomedical company ESPA Biomedical Ltd.,
for bringing differentiated plant-based medication products to India.

Maxcure Nutravedics Ltd. a daughter company of Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Ltd., enters into a collaboration agreement with ESPA Biomedical Ltd. Israel to
manufacture and introduce a range of plant-based medication products in India
targeting indications that impact patient health and wellbeing.
The products are of natural origin and differentiated due to their propriety formulations
and supported by clinical evidence.
The partnership leverages the strengths of each of the companies resulting in a
strategy creating a unique value proposition to doctors and patients in India.
